The 2015 Summer Fancy Food Show held at the Javits Center in New York featured more than 180,000 food and beverage products and hosted over 2,500 exhibitors and approximately 25,000 attendees from around the world.

Feel Good Products – Responsible eating with a focus on organic ingredients, non-GMO, Fair Trade Act compliance and “portions of profits donated to a cause”
Breakfast Flavors All Day – Pancake or waffles and syrup, cereal and bacon flavors in non-traditional breakfast foods such as taffies, candies, chocolates and snack foods
Alcohol Infusions – Craft cocktails and alcohol with all-natural, simple mixes and syrups
Packaging – Unique package concepts and shapes to draw attention, create a fun vibe and enhance usability of products
Fruits and Veggies – Freeze-dried, frozen, dried, dehydrated, pressed, juiced and essences
Caramel – Stand alone, centers, flavored, sauces, salted, gourmet – the best new product of the year was awarded to Raspberry Rhubarb Goat Milk Caramels from Big Picture Farm LLC in Townshend, Vt
